Launch agreement
Simple ground rules for customers, cafe owners, and staff using Tavero during its V1 launch.
Launch version. Updated 5 July 2026
By using Tavero, you agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these launch terms. Tavero provides cafe discovery, menu viewing, reservation requests, QR ordering, and cafe management tools.
Do not misuse QR codes, submit fraudulent orders or reservations, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected information, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, or upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content.
Tavero may pause public listings, restrict accounts, remove content, or suspend access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address security risks, or enforce these terms. We will aim to act proportionately and communicate with the cafe where practical.
Tavero is provided on an “as available” basis during launch. We work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, food or table availability, cafe performance, or outcomes from third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, Tavero is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
Tavero may improve or change features and update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply. Contact support@tavero.in for support or disputes so the team can first try to resolve the issue fairly. These launch terms should receive qualified legal review before broad commercial use.
