Practical help for cafe teams and customers using marketplace, reservations, and secure table QR ordering.

Help for cafe owners

  • Login or setup: confirm you are using the owner email linked to your cafe. Tavero support can help with a secure temporary password.
  • Menus and photos: check the file type and size, then retry from Cafe Profile or Menu in Tavero Partner.
  • QR setup: ensure the table is active and print the latest QR generated for that table.
  • Orders and reservations: refresh the operational page, confirm the cafe is active, and check the appropriate status section.

Help for customers

  • For a reservation issue, quote the reservation reference and contact the cafe because requests are not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • For a food, fulfilment, service, or refund issue, contact the cafe directly using the phone shown on its Tavero profile.
  • If the wrong cafe or table appears, stop before ordering and scan the QR physically placed on your table again.
  • Never share passwords or sensitive payment information in an order instruction or support message.

Privacy and data deletion

For access, correction, privacy, or deletion concerns, email support@tavero.in with the subject “Privacy request”. Include enough detail to identify the cafe, order, or reservation, but never include a password. Tavero may ask for verification before changing or deleting information.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need an account to view cafes? No. Public approved cafe profiles and menus can be viewed without an account.
  • Do I need an account to place a QR order? No. A valid active table QR is required instead.
  • Is a reservation guaranteed? No. It remains a request until the cafe confirms it.
  • Can I pay online through Tavero? No. Tavero does not process online payments in V1.
  • How does a cafe owner change their password? Open Account in Tavero Partner and use the password security section.
  • What if QR ordering is not working? Confirm the cafe and table shown, rescan the physical QR, check connectivity, and ask cafe staff for help.

Launch support email: support@tavero.in. Include a concise description, the relevant cafe name, and any order or reservation reference. Do not send account passwords, card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
